        It’s essential to make movement enjoyable and sustainable. As fall sets in, it's easy to lose momentum, but movement still matters. Here are five ways to stay active as the weather changes.

        Mall Walking for Fitness
        Walk laps indoors before or after shopping for an easy cardio boost. It’s temperature-controlled and perfect for rainy days.

        Leaf Raking as a Workout
        Turn chores into movement by raking leaves or doing other outdoor clean-up. It’s great for your yard and your body!

        Join a Fall Fitness Challenge
        Whether it’s step counts or a plank challenge, a goal can keep you motivated. Invite friends or family to join for added accountability.

        Take Advantage of Weekend Hikes
        Crisp air and colorful views make fall the best time to hit the trails. Choose local parks or nature paths to explore safely and regularly.
